Taz Rigo

My journey into bodywork began with my own search for relief from chronic neck and back pain, worsened by years of competitive volleyball. Remedial therapy offered the most lasting improvement, sparking a deep interest in the body’s healing potential and leading me to pursue a career in therapy.

After completing my diploma, I worked at a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic, where I trained in Tui Na massage and acupressure. While my foundation is in Western techniques, my approach is holistic—drawing on both traditions to treat root causes and support long-term wellbeing.

I’ve since worked across clinical and spa settings, tailoring treatments to each individual—whether for pain relief, rehab, or general wellness. My background in psychological science also informs my practice, helping me bridge the mind-body connection in meaningful ways.

Now based at Good Bank Gallery, I’m building a space where therapy, art, and community meet. My goal is to offer care that relieves physical discomfort and nurtures emotional wellbeing.
